What is Adsense Notifier?
Adsense Notifier displays your Adsense earnings on your Firefox status bar. It allows you to easily see your earnings at a glance instead of logging into the Adsense website multiple times a day.
Install Adsense Notifier
Install Adsense Notifier 0.9.8 now.
Adsense Notifier simply shows your adsense stats on the status bar and updates the stats automatically. This is wonderful for anyone with OCD ( or GAD as some have called it ) who needs to check their stats every three seconds to see if they have gotten any more clicks :-p
Version Notes
- Updated for Firefox 3.0 (new password manager)
- Removed a while loop that was causing lockups/delays for some users

Great tool.
What is happening when I click on it though? stats change? they jump around and go back to correct…is it a feature that I don’t get?

Great extension but I have a suggestion. When right clicking and bringing up the adsense page, it would be nice to have the option to view the reports as last seen or have the ability to set the default view. I like to view my data by channel and your plugin always switches it to aggregate.

You have the choice to set the frequency of the value check. For people like me, who only earns $0.03 a day, having a few hours to check the value once is sufficient. But for those high rollers, you might want to make it more often and look at it pop. The extension has all the necessary feature. Users could choose on how to sort the earnings, Today, This Month, Last 7 Days, or my favorite, All time (cause my monthly earnings are too little to be excited about). Users could also choose between Ad Performance or Search Performance or even both and could group the result by page or ad unit. On the display portion, users could choose to see impressions, clicks, CTR, CPM and Earnings. With all these features, all you need is just this plug in, and you do not have to log into your account unless you need other things else. What I would like to see and have been searching on is a docket for RK Launcher or a widget that sits at the desktop or an API. Wonder if Allen will develop that. [...]

Hi, I’m trying to install but won’t let me–it says there is an error. I use FF 1.0.4 and allowed your site to install extensions. Any idea of why I can’t get it?

Adsense Notifier Beta Update
Since Google changed the interface of Google Adsense, the previous version of Adsense Notifier(Firefox extension) does not work anymore. Fortunately, the author has a quick update and released Adsense Notifier 0.5.2 beta. It works great!

Using Firefox, I installed Adsense Notifier with no problem. Now I have the Adsense information line in my status bar, but it is reporting only “zero’s” for all fields. Right the Adsense Notifier opens a new tab with current reporting info as it should, and here the correct data is displayed.
Any suggestions as to why the status line is displaying only zero’s? Configuration is set to update every 15 minutes.

I like Steve’s previous idea about somehow having an audible (user-configurable) notification when the amount increases. Great tool and thanks for your efforts. Hope you get the new release out there soon

Thanks for the fast update today! My only problem is that right-clicking on the status bar text does not open AdSense as I have specified- in fact, it doesn’t do anything at all. This worked fine in Firefox 1.04 on XP, but now, in Firefox 1.05 on OS X, right-clicking doesn’t work. Anyone else having this problem?

It appears that Google updated their pages. AdSense Notifier probably needs to be updated to reflect the new addresses and formats.

It doesn’t seem to work now that Google has redesigned their interface. Anyone else having this problem? I just get “Adsense: 0 - 0 - 0.0% - $0.00 - $0.00″ at all times. Yes, I’ve checked my password and my cookies. *confuzzled*
